"Celentano Artisans" was established to help women become individuals who have a greater place in social and professional life and to provide them with their economic freedom. In this way, women who cannot enter the professional life regularly for various reasons or who have to work in heavier jobs are able to earn income from their homes with flexible working hours, and customers are provided with products with flawless handcrafted workmanship.

With the importance given to qualified education at Celentano Artisans, a Turkish textile and leather product manufacturing company established solely with the purpose of supporting women, a group of more than 100 women were provided with vocational training and employment. Today, women use their traditional handicraft skills to crochet natural materials such as raffia and leather cut offs and turn them into unique pieces of design. Women, who create Celentano Artisans bags and accessories for world-famous brands, thus contribute to increasing the prosperity of the region, while gaining their own economic freedom. Celentano Artisans aims to increase the number of artisans by investing 50 percent of the company's profits every year in the vocational training of women.

In the production of bags and accessories, raffia is used along with leather obtained from the tannery of the mother company of Celentano Artisans. While the leathers are sourced from the Leather Working Group (LWG) gold-certified DESA tannery, the raffia, which contains 99.5% cellulose, is sourced from a single supplier. Sustainability risks related to sourcing of the materials are meticulously followed up to the source in the supply and production processes.
